Breathwork
Access Your Potential
Our breath is the most immediate source of energy and healing for our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. We take in most of our life energy through our breath. And we expel the majority of toxins through our breath.
Our brain alone uses about 20% of the oxygen in our body - boost your performance by fully charging and mastering your breath.
Regulate your Nervous System
From my career as an HR Business Partner in an Investment Bank, I know just too well that time is precious and pressure is imminent. In most jobs, we will have stress but it is key how we respond to it as too much or chronic stress sabotages our health.
Recent studies confirm that nearly half of our time we are distracted and mind wandering mainly through emotions, typically self-focused and in a negative mood. A wandering mind is an unhappy mind – and obviously quite an unproductive one.
It’s time to take a deep breath – NOW and whenever possible.
Or simply reconnect to your breath during meetings or calls and feel what more awareness can do for you. Because as you practice conscious breathing even for a few minutes, you are accessing the two hemispheres of the brain bringing them into synchronisation, resulting in:
Increased resilience and stronger immune system.
Balanced calmness through higher self-awareness.
Expanded emotional intelligence, engagement and creativity.
Enhanced cognitive performance such as concentration, memory and processing speed.
Benefits of Conscious Breathing
Higher Productivity
The brain in a positive mode is 31% more productive than the brain in a negative or stressed mode.

Improved Wellbeing

Enhanced Creativity

Group Session
My Breathwork Groups are easily accessible for anyone, regardless of your background or previous experience. Often those who are sceptical to try new things are the ones that profit the most.
After a short introduction we get comfortable to lay down and breathe for a short hour, accompanied by music. Through conscious, connected breathing we will flush our body with healing and pure life force.
The experiences range from deep relaxation, pure bliss, expanded awareness to more challenging processes. Reach greater clarity in your thoughts, an intimate bond with your emotions and a deep spiritual peace.
We live, as we breathe.
Individual Session
A one-on-one session is especially beneficial, if breathing in groups does not feel comfortabe to you. We will have time to look at your breath pattern and how it affects your well-being.
It is also an ideal opportunity to work though a specific issue you might want to look at with Coaching and by using the breath as your guide. My undivided attention will be with you.
An individual session takes 2 – 3 hours and includes Coaching on your personal circumstances as well as a more detailed breath analysis.
You might also get some simple breathing exercises that you can take away to practise at home.

Absolutely fantastic!
I've done it three times already and I must say that the way Nik guides you through the breathing process has made it quite a deep and intimate experience with my own self. Though simple in itself, there are really no words to describe the transformation that occurs within you.
My heartfelt thanks Nik!
